Terms and Conditions

• Prices are in US Dollars, F.C.A., Tullahoma, TN, USA.
  
   
• Minimum order amount:  US$25.00
  
   
• Unless otherwise specified on our invoice, all shipments are F.C.A., Tullahoma, TN, USA.  You should state explicitly, in writing, your preferred method of shipment, valuation, and carrier.  We will use our discretion in forwarding the Goods.
   
   
• Freight and insurance costs will be added to your order.  Unless otherwise specified, we will ship by UPS Ground for US orders or FedEx International Priority for international orders.  Other UPS/FedEx services are available by request.
   
   
• First-time customers must prepay their order.  Prepayment can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express), or by sending a check in US dollars drawn on a US bank, or by wire transfer.  Proforma invoices are available by request.
   
   
• Your credit card account will be charged on the day your order is sent.
   
   
• We will send an e-mail confirmation, including amount charged and shipment tracking information, usually within 1 business day of shipment.
   
   
• Any item may be returned to us for any reason, for a refund, excluding freight, within 14 days of invoice date.  Returns may be refused if merchandise is not in original and resalable condition.
   
   
• Most of our products are in-stock items and available for purchase in any quantity.  Please contact us for complete pricing, availability and ordering information.
   
   
• Most orders received before 12:00 PM Central US Time will be shipped the same day.  You will be contacted if there are any delays in shipping.
   
   
• Our products are sold with the understanding that you will determine for yourself their suitability and adaptability to your intended use.  We warrant to you that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship.  Please see below for complete details.
   
   
• Seller warrants to You for a period of ninety (90) days for readers, and thirty (30) days for tags, following the date of Your acceptance of the Goods that when received by You, the Goods are free from defects in material and workmanship.  THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY ON OUR PART.  NOR DOES SELLER MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE GOODS.  THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANY PERSONS OBTAINING THE GOODS FROM YOU.
   
   
• Our liability and Your remedy under this warranty is limited solely to repair, replacement, or credit , at our discretion, of products shown to our satisfaction to have been defective at the time we sold them. 
   
   
• You must notify the Seller in writing promptly upon discovery of the deficiency, including a detailed description of such deficiency.
   
   
• You must return the Goods to Seller promptly on receipt of Seller's return merchandise authorization number (RMA), at Your risk and expense, and within the required return period specified above.
   
   
• The claimed deficiency must be present and verified by Seller, and not found to have been attributable to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, accident, improper testing or installation, or modification of the Goods.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR COSTS OR LOST PROFITS) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR GOODS.
   
   
• All parts under warranty must be returned to us for replacement, repair or credit, freight pre-paid.  Out-of-warranty repairs are charged at our labor rate plus part costs.  The transportation expenses of all exchanged or repaired parts are Your responsibility.
   
   
• Your order is accepted only on the conditions given above.  The provisions of any purchase order or other writing inconsistent herewith will not constitute a part of the contract of sale.  This writing is intended by You and Us to be the final expression of our agreement and is intended also as a complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions thereof.
